Roscoe Karns, the wise-cracking character actor whose credits numbered close to 150 films, tips his bowler and readies his bike. Karns played Snappy Downer, sign painter extraordinaire, in the 1933 Paramount Pictures romantic comedy, One Sunday Afternoon. Fay Wray and Gary Cooper starred.
