Gary Cooper thumbs a ride with Gail Patrick on the Paramount lot. It’s 1936, and Patrick is starring in Murder with Pictures. Coop is busy with Marlene Dietrich at the studio making Desire. And comic star Benny has two Paramount projects going — College Holiday and The Big Broadcast of 1937 — but seems to be keen on giving Cooper a pinch.
