Carroll Baker, who started out in the Fifties New York theater scene, studying at the Actors Studio and working with Elia Kazan, takes her Dunelt bicycle for a spin on the pathways of Central Park. The Baby Doll star, signed to Paramount in the mid-’60s, heated up theaters with her portrayal of platinum blond Hollywood icon Jean Harlow (Harlow). Unhappy with the studio biz, Baker moved to Rome, did a series of Italian horror pics, returning to New York to appear in Andy Warhol’s Bad and continuing to work in TV and film well into the Nineties.
