Bernard Cribbins, the veteran British actor known among Dr. Who fans as Wilfred Mott, the time-traveling Donna Noble’s  “Gramps,” explores the terrain on a vintage tricycle. Not sure what film this still is from. Cribbins, who narrated The Wombles children’s series and starred in many a Carry On comedy, passed away, age 93, on Wednesday, July 27.
